Come and see for yourself that our cuisine is light, healthy and yet gastronomically appealing. Pamper yourself with delicacies of the highest standard in a restaurant with a stylish atmosphere. Our dishes are prepared with local ingredients, using fresh meat from Slovak farms or Austrian suppliers. Some dishes are prepared using the sous-vide technique, which aims to maximise the taste, texture and nutritional value of the food.

The hotel offers buffet-style dining during stay packages with elegant table settings and a rich menu. A new feature during detox stays is a special detox diet with individually prepared recipes by world experts with a comprehensive drinking regime.

BREAKFAST is served buffet style from 8:00 to 10:00. In case of interest for business travellers from 07:00 to 08:00 ala cart breakfast menu or delivery to the hotel room.

LUNCH is served in the form of a lunch menu for 10 EUR for hotel guests. There is a daily changing selection of traditional dishes, mainly Slovak and regional cuisine, complemented by a selection of fresh pasta and salads.

HAPPY HOURS are from 15:00 to 17:00. We offer excellent premier selection coffee, English teas with homemade desserts for only 4,99 EUR, served in the English lobby bar or La Bella café with pleasant music.

DINNERS are served in the form of a rich buffet from 18:00 to 20:00. The menu includes soups, main courses with a choice of a minimum of 8 main courses and side dishes, a variety of salads, desserts, etc. The price of the buffet is 15 EUR for hotel guests.

ROMANTIC DINNERS
For guests seeking romance or a private atmosphere, we have prepared our popular and sought after romantic dinners, which are served between 19:00 and 21:30. Romantic Dinner a l'Italia in the Millennium Restaurant: a 3-course menu with Italian specialties at a festively set table with desserts and an aperitif - a glass of prosecco or port wine. The price of dinner for two persons is 50 EUR in total.

For the more demanding clients for an anniversary or private moments:

ROMANTIC ROMEO AND JULIET DINNER in a separate lounge: consists of a 4-course menu in a separate room with a large stylishly decorated table, plenty of candles and fresh flowers for the lady. We serve an aperitif - a port wine and a bottle of wine from the celebrity wine shop or lighter Italian sparkling wines such as Cinzano or Martini, Prosecco. The price of the package is 100 EUR in total for 2 persons. Lounge reservation is for 1,5 hrs.

We offer a selection of wines from the celebrity wine cellar to accompany the delicious meals. You can taste wines of actors like Gerard Depardieau, Pierre Richard. There are also wines of singer Sting, footballer Messi or producer Coppola from California vineyards.

The Millennium Restaurant will be happy to welcome you for breakfast, a formal lunch or a gala dinner. It also has much to offer companies such as business breakfasts, lunches, business meetings, corporate dinners with business partners in the elegant premises of the restaurant.
